Fake BC.Game Customer Care Numbers: How to Spot the Scam

Fake BC.Game Customer Care Numbers: How to Spot the Scam

Search for “BC.Game customer care number” and you’ll find phone numbers on search results, map listings, YouTube comments, social media pages and look-alike websites. Treat all of them as fake. BC.Game provides support through live chat and email on its official website. This page explains how the scam works, the warning signs, and what to do if you’ve already been contacted.

!

No phone or WhatsApp helpline is official. Anyone answering a “BC.Game helpline”, “toll-free” or “WhatsApp support” number is not BC.Game.

How the scam works

  1. Bait: scammers post numbers on fake sites, ads, map listings and comments, labelled “official BC.Game support”.
  2. Contact: a worried player with a missing deposit or pending withdrawal calls or messages.
  3. Trust: the “agent” sounds professional and uses BC.Game logos and terms like BCD, VIP and KYC.
  4. The ask: they request your login, 2FA code or seed phrase, ask you to install AnyDesk or TeamViewer, or demand a “release fee”, “tax” or “verification deposit”.
  5. Theft: they empty your account or wallet and disappear.

Red flags

  • Any phone or WhatsApp number for BC.Game support
  • Someone who messages you first on Telegram, Discord, X or Instagram
  • Requests for your password, 2FA code, backup key or seed phrase
  • Requests to install remote-access apps or share your screen
  • Requests to pay money before a withdrawal can be released
  • Pressure: “Act now or lose your funds”
  • “Fund recovery” services that promise to get lost crypto back for a fee

How to contact BC.Game safely

↗
  • Live chat: open it yourself from the official website or app.
@
  • Email: use the address published in the official Help Center.

Always start the conversation yourself. Never use contact details from ads, comments or messages.

Already shared details? Act now

  1. Change your BC.Game password from a trusted device.
  2. Reset 2FA and store the new backup key safely. See our 2FA guide.
  3. Change your email password and turn on 2FA for your email too.
  4. Uninstall any remote-access app and run a security scan.
  5. Contact official live chat and ask them to review recent logins and transactions.
  6. Move funds out of any wallet whose seed phrase you shared. Consider it compromised.
  7. Report it to your local cybercrime authority and to the platform where you found the number.

Can I get my money back?

Crypto transfers are usually irreversible, so recovery is difficult. Be very wary of “recovery agents”. They are often the same scammers coming back for a second payment.

Fake Telegram and social accounts

!

BC.Game runs official community channels, but scammers create copycat groups and accounts with almost identical names. A copycat “admin” or “VIP manager” may message you privately with offers. Official staff will not ask for your login details or payments through private messages. If in doubt, confirm through live chat.

Help stop the scam

  • Report fake numbers on Google, map listings and social media.
  • Warn friends and community groups.
  • Share this page with anyone looking for a “BC.Game helpline”.

Quick safety checklist

  • I opened support myself from the official BC.Game site or app.
  • No one has asked for my password, 2FA code, backup key or seed phrase.
  • No one has asked me to install a remote-access app.
  • No one has asked me to pay a fee, tax or deposit to release my money.
  • I haven’t used a phone number or WhatsApp contact found online.

If any item on this list isn’t true, stop the conversation and contact official live chat directly.
