How to Make a Complaint to BC.Game

Most issues are solved through live chat. But if you’ve been through support and still don’t agree with the outcome, for example a withdrawal refusal, a disputed bet or an account closure, you can escalate. This guide explains how to make a clear, formal complaint, what evidence to keep, and what options exist beyond BC.Game itself.

i

Stay safe while escalating. Paid “complaint agents” or “fund recovery” services that contact you are almost always scams. The steps below are free.

STEP 01 · FIRST CONTACT

Step 1: Raise it with support first

Open live chat and explain the issue clearly. Ask for:

  • A ticket or reference number
  • The specific reason for any decision, for example the term of service they’re relying on
  • What, if anything, you can do to resolve it, such as submitting documents

Save the chat transcript or take screenshots.

STEP 02 · WRITTEN COMPLAINT

Step 2: Send a formal written complaint

If chat doesn’t resolve it, send a formal email to BC.Game’s official support address (listed in the Help Center) from your registered email. Keep it factual and organised.

READY-TO-USE FORMAT

Complaint template

Subject: Formal complaint – [issue] – User ID [ID] – Ticket [ref]

Hello,

I’d like to make a formal complaint about [short description].

Timeline:
[Date/time] – [what happened]
[Date/time] – contacted live chat, ticket [ref]
[Date/time] – response received: [summary]

Details: amount, currency, network, TXIDs, bet IDs.

Why I disagree: [brief, factual reasons, citing terms if relevant]

Outcome I’m asking for: [e.g. withdrawal processed / bet reviewed]

I’ve attached [evidence]. Please confirm receipt and give an expected response time.

Regards,
[Name]

STEP 03 · DOCUMENTATION

Step 3: Keep good evidence

  • Chat transcripts and email threads
  • Screenshots of balances, error messages and transaction history
  • Transaction hashes and bet IDs
  • The version of the terms or bonus rules that applied at the time
  • A simple timeline of events

STEP 04 · FOLLOW-UP

Step 4: Give a reasonable amount of time

Complex cases, especially those involving compliance or payment teams, can take time. Reply in the same email thread rather than opening new tickets, so your history stays together. Politely ask for an update if you haven’t heard back.

STEP 05 · REGULATORY ESCALATION

Step 5: Escalate to the licensing authority

Licensed operators show their licence details, including the regulator and operating company, in the website footer. If your complaint isn’t resolved within a reasonable time, you can usually submit it to that regulator through its own complaints procedure. Include your evidence and the operator’s final response. Check the regulator’s official website for its process and time limits.

STEP 06 · OTHER OPTIONS

Step 6: Independent mediation

Some independent casino review and complaint platforms offer free mediation between players and operators. Results depend on the operator’s willingness to engage, and these services aren’t official regulators. Never pay anyone upfront to “win” your complaint.

PRACTICAL GUIDANCE

Tips for a successful complaint

03
  • Read the terms that apply. Many disputes come down to bonus or verification rules.
