The verification steps
Step 1: Basic information
Enter your:
- Full legal name
- Date of birth
- Residential address
Details must exactly match your ID. Don’t leave any required field blank.
Step 2: Government-issued ID
Upload a valid, in-date photo ID showing your name, date of birth, photo and expiry date, such as a:
- Passport
- National ID card (front and back)
- Driving licence (front and back)
Paper or handwritten IDs are generally not accepted.
Step 3: Proof of residence
Upload a document issued within the last three months showing your name and address, for example:
- Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet)

- Payslip or mortgage document
- Letter from a government or public authority
Step 4: Selfie
Take a photo of yourself holding:
- Your ID document, and
- A white sheet of paper with “BC.GAME”, your username and today’s date written on it
Your face must be clearly visible, with no sunglasses, hats or filters.
Additional checks
For higher-value accounts or compliance reviews, BC.Game may also ask for source of funds or wealth documents, such as payslips, bank statements or tax records. This is a standard anti-money-laundering step.
Tips to get approved first time
- All four corners visible, with no cropping
- Sharp, well-lit and in colour, with no glare on the ID
- In date: expired IDs are rejected
- Matching details: name and address must match your account exactly
- Original photos, not screenshots or edited images
- Readable handwriting on the selfie note
Common rejection reasons
- Blurry or cut-off images
- Proof of address older than three months
- Name mismatch between documents and account
- Selfie missing the note, or with the face covered
- Documents belonging to someone else
How long does it take?
Simple checks can be quick, but reviews may take longer at busy times or if more documents are needed. If it’s taking much longer than expected, ask live chat for an update.
Keep your documents safe
- Upload documents only through the official verification page, or send them to the official support email when support asks in a reply.
- Never send ID or selfies to people who contact you on Telegram, WhatsApp or by phone. See fake support numbers.
Why verifying early helps
- Faster withdrawals: you won’t be held up by a document request when you want to cash out.
- Easier account recovery: if you lose access to 2FA or your email, support can confirm your identity more easily.
- Fewer surprises: some promotions or features may require a verified account.
- Better protection: verified details make it harder for anyone else to claim your account.
