BC.Game Mines Explained: Gems, Mines and Multipliers

Mines is a BC Original inspired by Minesweeper. The board is a 5ร—5 grid of 25 tiles, some hiding gems and some hiding mines. Each gem you reveal raises your multiplier, and you can cash out at any time. Hit a mine and you lose the bet. The more mines you choose, the faster the multiplier climbs, and the faster the risk rises with it.

How to play BC.Game Mines

  1. Enter your bet amount.
  2. Choose the number of mines (typically 1 to 24).
  3. Click “Bet” to start.
  4. Click tiles one at a time, or use random pick.
  5. Each gem raises your multiplier. Your current payout is shown on the Cash Out button.
  6. Cash out whenever you like, or keep going. A mine ends the round and the bet is lost.

How the multiplier is calculated

Multipliers reflect the probability of surviving your picks, adjusted for the house edge. For the first pick:

Mines Chance first tile is a gem Approximate first-pick multiplier
1 24/25 = 96% ~1.03x
3 22/25 = 88% ~1.13x
5 20/25 = 80% ~1.24x
10 15/25 = 60% ~1.65x
24 1/25 = 4% ~24.75x

As gems are revealed, fewer safe tiles remain. Each further pick is riskier, so the multiplier grows faster. The next multiplier is shown before you click.

House edge

BC Originals like Mines typically have an RTP of around 99%. Check the info panel for the exact figure. The edge is built into every multiplier, so there’s no cash-out point that beats it in the long run. If Mines is eligible for Zero Edge on your account, house edge on eligible wagers may be returned as Tacoback, within caps.

Choosing the number of mines

  • Few mines (1โ€“3): each pick is likely safe, but multipliers rise slowly.
  • Medium (4โ€“10): a balance of risk and reward.
  • Many mines (11โ€“24): big multipliers quickly, with very high risk on every pick.

Mines myths

  • “Corners or edges are safer.” No. Every tile has the same chance each round.
  • “The layout repeats.” Mine positions are fixed randomly at the start of each round by the provably fair system.
  • “Predictor apps work.” They don’t. See the warning below.

“Mines predictor” apps and bots are scams. The server seed is hidden until revealed, so no tool can know where mines are. These tools steal accounts or sell fake subscriptions.

Playing sensibly

  • Pick a cash-out point before the round starts, and take it.
  • Don’t raise the mine count to chase losses.
  • Keep bets small relative to your budget.
  • Take breaks. See responsible gambling.

Is Mines fair?

Yes. Mines is provably fair. After rotating your seed, you can check where every mine was placed in past rounds.
