- Locked, frozen or suspended: you can’t log in, or you see a status message when you try.
Not being able to log in, or finding that you can’t bet or withdraw, is stressful. BC.Game may lock or restrict accounts for several reasons, many of them designed to protect you. This guide explains the most common causes, what you can check yourself, and how to ask official support for a review without falling for “unlock” scams.

Only BC.Game can review your account. Anyone offering to unban or unlock accounts for a fee is running a scam.
Repeated wrong passwords or 2FA codes, logins from unusual locations, or signs of unauthorised access can trigger a temporary lock.
If BC.Game requests KYC documents, some features may be paused until they’re approved.
BC.Game doesn’t accept players from certain countries, and availability can differ by region. Hiding your location with a VPN can break the terms of service and lead to restrictions. Make sure online gambling is legal where you live.
Operators generally allow one account per person, household or device. Duplicate accounts, often created for extra bonuses, can lead to restrictions or closure.
Play patterns that appear to break bonus terms can lead to a review, bonus removal or restrictions.
If a cooling-off period or self-exclusion is active, the account stays restricted until it ends. This is deliberate. See responsible gambling.

Be honest and factual. If documents are requested, upload them only through the official verification page or send them to the official support email.
If you saved your 2FA backup key, add it to an authenticator app on your new phone. If not, contact support. You’ll probably need to pass identity checks before 2FA can be reset. Read our 2FA guide to prepare for this.
If you’ve followed the process and don’t agree with the outcome, see our complaints guide for how to escalate.
Security locks may clear quickly. Verification or compliance reviews can take longer.
It depends on the reason and BC.Game’s terms. Ask support directly and request the answer in writing.
Self-exclusion is designed to be firm. Ask support about the rules for your case.
