BC.Game Deposit Not Credited? Find Your Missing Deposit

You’ve sent crypto to BC.Game, but your balance hasn’t changed. In most cases the money isn’t lost. It’s either still waiting for blockchain confirmations or held up by a fixable detail, such as the wrong network or a missing memo tag. Work through these steps first. You’ll either solve it yourself or have everything support needs.

DEPOSIT TROUBLESHOOTING

Find out where your deposit is

Check each detail in order to identify what may be delaying your deposit.

01

Step 1: Find your transaction hash (TXID)

Open the withdrawal history in the wallet or exchange you sent from and copy the TXID. Paste it into a blockchain explorer for that coin and check:

  • Status: pending, confirmed or failed
  • Confirmations: how many blocks have confirmed it
  • Destination address: does it exactly match your BC.Game deposit address?
  • Amount received after fees

No TXID at all? The transfer may not have left your wallet or exchange yet. Contact them first.

02

Step 2: Wait for confirmations

BC.Game credits a deposit once the network has confirmed it a set number of times. That number depends on the coin. Busy networks, especially Bitcoin with a low fee, can take much longer than usual. If the explorer still shows it as pending, waiting is the only option.

03

Step 3: Check the network

This is the most common cause of missing deposits. Tokens such as USDT and USDC exist on several networks, for example ERC-20 (Ethereum), TRC-20 (Tron), BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) and Solana. The network you choose on BC.Game’s deposit screen must match the one you send on. Deposits on the wrong network may not be detected automatically. Some can be recovered manually by support, but it isn’t guaranteed.

04

Step 4: Check for a memo or tag

Coins such as XRP, XLM, EOS and some others need a memo or destination tag. If the deposit screen shows one and you didn’t include it, the funds reach BC.Game but can’t be matched to your account automatically. Contact support with the TXID.

05

Step 5: Check the minimum deposit

Each currency has a minimum deposit, shown on the deposit screen. Amounts below it may not be credited automatically. Remember that the sending network’s fees reduce what actually arrives.

06

Step 6: Check the right balance

BC.Game holds balances per currency. A BTC deposit appears in your BTC balance. Use the currency selector in your wallet, refresh the page or log out and back in.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Frequently asked questions

Many arrive within minutes. Timing depends on the coin, network congestion and the fee you paid.

Not always. Contact support with your TXID and ask whether recovery is possible.

“Completed” means the exchange has sent it. Check the TXID on an explorer for actual confirmations.
