BC.Game Live Chat: How to Contact Support

Live chat is the quickest official way to get help from BC.Game. It’s available around the clock from inside the website and app, and it covers deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification, games and account access. This guide shows you how to open it, what to write so your issue is solved quickly, and how to make sure you’re talking to the real team.

!

Only trust chat opened from inside the official BC.Game site or app. Real agents never ask for your password, 2FA code or a payment.

How to open BC.Game live chat

01

  1. Go to the official BC.Game site by typing the address yourself or using a saved bookmark. Avoid links from ads, comments or direct messages.

02

  1. Log in so the agent can look into your account.

03

  1. Click the chat or support icon, usually in the bottom-right corner on desktop or in the menu on mobile.

04

  1. Read the suggested articles. If they don’t help, ask to speak to a live agent.

05

  1. Keep the window open until your issue is resolved or you’ve been given a ticket reference.

What to include in your first message

  • Your username or user ID (never your password)
  • A short description of the problem
  • Date and time, with your time zone
  • Amount, currency and network, for example “50 USDT on TRC-20”
  • Transaction hash (TXID) for crypto deposits or withdrawals
  • Bet ID or game name for game questions
  • Screenshots of any errors

Example message

“

Hi, my user ID is [ID]. I deposited 0.01 ETH on the Ethereum network on 20 October at 09:40 UTC. The explorer shows it confirmed, but it isn’t in my balance. TXID: [hash]. Could you check it, please?

When to use email instead

BC.Game also offers email support. It lists support@bc.game, but check the Help Center for the current address. Email is better when you:

  • Need to send several documents or long evidence
  • Want a formal written record, for example for a complaint
  • Can’t log in to use chat
  • Were asked by a chat agent to follow up by email

Write from the email address registered on your account, include your user ID and any chat ticket number, and send one email per issue.

How long does it take?

◷

Simple questions are often answered within minutes. Payment, verification and security cases may be passed to a specialist team, and the final answer can come by email. Opening several new chats about the same issue can slow things down, so ask for a reference number and wait for the update.

How to spot a fake support agent

  • They contacted you first on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, X or by phone.
  • They ask for your password, 2FA code or seed phrase.
  • They want you to install remote-access apps.
  • They ask you to send crypto to unlock funds or “verify” a wallet.
  • They rush or threaten you.

More warning signs are in our guide to fake support numbers.

Tips for a better support experience

  • Keep messages short, factual and polite.
  • Ask for a ticket reference and save the chat transcript.
  • Complete KYC early. Many payment queries end with a document request.
  • Turn on 2FA to reduce security holds.
